Is my data private?
Home+ and Estate process everything locally on hardware in your home. We can't access your data — it never leaves your network. Entry tier uses encrypted cloud processing with zero data retention.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move from Entry to Home+ or Estate at any time. Your agent keeps everything it's learned — you just get more capability.
What if I don't like it?
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If it doesn't work for your household, we'll refund your setup fee and first month — no questions asked.
Do I need to be technical?
